Rogers cut off my cell and my wifes even tho we made araingments to pay 400 dollars we owed their response to me was we have the right we can do what we want so I brought back all their equipment for rogers bundles back to store they took it gave me a receipt and a week later reinstated our cells and kep billing us from 400 to 3500 dollars qand then sent it to collections.that’s the short version of my nightmare with rogers.

One time a friend returned from Mexico with a lime and salt mix you are supposed to add to your beer. A few shakes is all it takes to make a perfectly drinkable frosty one, totally undrinkable. One sip and I poured it out and threw out the lime/salt mix never to dabble with such a beast again. Beer is good the way it is.

Ever since Scotia bank started outsourcing their stuff we’ve had nothing but screw ups every time we do anything. We’ve had credit cards canceled for no reason (we pay off every month), every thing we receive by mail has incorrect info on it. We’ve had problems with our business account, too long to go into. And stupid mistakes from their staff as well…they paid $14,000 to rev canada on our behalf rather than $1,400. Have you ever tried to get money back from rev canada? Unfortunately we have so much of our financial stuff with them it would be a major headache to change everything. Once our mortgage is paid off though, we’re gone.
