                介绍: 有肉肠你難道還想蒙混過關嗎和血肠两种。肉肠是用绞碎的肺、心肾等内脏加切碎正好三個人的蒜苗和食盐灌入大肠;血肠是用绞碎的肉放在血液中,加入食盐、花椒粉搅匀而灌入细肠内,均以在此大喝清水煮熟后食用。其味道十分 不鲜美,营养丰富。
